Rules

All our travel trailers come stocked with the essentials you need for your camping trip included in the upfront pricing. There are no additional fees if you return the trailer as you received it and followed the rules of the trailer. View our Rules and Rental Contract here.

Upfront additional fees:

Every Trailer will have a security deposit with a minimum fee of $1000 - $1500 per rental. This deposit is held until a final walk through has been performed and any damage, cleaning, dump, propane, or associated fees are assessed.
$0 Cleaning Fee as long as the trailer is returned in the same clean condition or better than when you received it. A $150 Cleaning fee will be applied if the trailer is not returned clean in the same condition as taken (shouldn’t need more than a wipe down). If a deep cleaning is needed the cleaning fee goes up to $300 with an $80/hr additional charge if excessive cleaning is deemed necessary at the time of drop off.
With prior permission there is a $30 per night fee for dogs with an additional $250 deposit per dog. No cats!
Prepaid Dump fee of $125, or $175 if not returned emptied.
Prepaid Propane fee of $40, or $80 if not returned full.
Smoking cleaning fee - $1500. NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the trailer. This fee will apply if it is returned with any evidence or smell that smoking occurred in the trailer.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don’t have a vehicle that can tow a trailer, do you deliver?

I’ve never camped with a trailer before, can I still rent?

Yes, we have a library of quick/informative videos you can watch during your rental that will help walk you through all the steps of trailer towing, set up, dumping, etc.

I don’t camp frequently so I don’t have all the accessories to camp. What’s Included with the rental?

All our trailers are fully stocked with all the basic necessities you should need for your camping trip. Bedding for all mattresses are included (if you plan to turn the dinette or couch into more beds you can request extra bedding). The bathroom will have a towel set for 4, RV safe toilet paper, and soap. The kitchenette will also come stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates/silverware, etc. You can also check our “Rental Add On” page for non-essential items you may want to bring along such as e-bikes, outdoor grills, volleyball nets and more that we have available to rent!

Is there a minimum rental period?

All our trailers have a 2 night minimum.

Do you allow pets?

We allow dogs for an additional fee. No cats or other animals are permitted.

What is your cancellation policy?

When you book with us there is a minimum $500 non-refundable fee for all cancellations. You will receive your security deposit back in full at the time of cancellation.

If you cancel between 14 and 30 days from your scheduled rental dates you will receive a 50% refund of your booking fees and a full refund of your security deposit.

If you cancel within 14 days or less of the scheduled rental you will only be entitled to a return of your original security deposit and the booking fee will remain non-refundable.

Do I have to have my own insurance?

Our rental trailers are insured through MBA insurance and that damage coverage for the units extends to you for any rental periods. In addition to MBA insurance you must ensure that you have liability insurance for any vehicles towing our units. MBA provides an MFR insurance that may be purchased to cover the state minimums required to tow a vehicle.

If you are renting a trailer and having it delivered and picked up you do not need additional insurance coverages.

For those planning on towing the trailer, as an alternative to purchasing insurance you may provider an insurance binder stating that our rented trailers would be covered under your policy. You may also provide a certificate of insurance and a letter from your insurance provider stating that coverage would extend to any “rented trailers”. This is a minimum requirement for everyone towing a rented trailer. As an alternative to the above you can purchase insurance from MBA for the duration of your trip.

We always recommend purchasing insurance directly through MBA to ensure that you are covered should any accidents occur.

For all bookings insurance may be purchased directly through MBA. Details for this will be provided after your booking is complete in your transactional emails.

The average amount for insurance runs between $11-$18 per day.

Additional information on MBA insurance will be provided after your reservation is booked. The process to be insured with MBA insurance takes less than 5 minutes in most cases and is significantly cheaper than most 3rd party rental websites.

MBA provides an additional supplemental insurance that would further protect your rental period at $19.99 per night. This will be offered to you through the MBA portal, but is optional coverage and not required to rent our trailers.

Please note that MBA charges a daily rate for insurance where your rental is charged at a nightly rate.
